I'm changing my web hosting plan, which will save you money, provide new features, and go into affect with your next renewal.
I believe in being honest and personal in my business and that's probably why you've chosen me to serve your web hosting needs. So, I want to first share an honest frustration with you, but then share the solution that I hope will make your website more successful and save you money.
Although my contracted server provider advertises 750 GB of storage space for each hosting account, you don't see me spreading that because, deep in my provider's terms, they limit each account to 5 GB for each of four specific categories (media being one by itself). I think this stinks and is false advertising. If I tell you you get 750 GB of space or even just 10 GB of space, I want to make sure that you're allowed to fully use it! Thus, you were paying for a plan that sounded great but wasn''t really that great after deep investigation.
No matter which direction our economy takes, I know that the costs of your website is very important to you. Although you have paid mostly the same rate for the lifetime of your website with me, I've never shared that my contracted costs have increased 60% in just eighteen months—an increase in price to cover features that you might never use (like "750 GB" of space), even if you were allowed to use them!
Although you're probably satisfied with the features on your website now, there are additional features that I had wished that I could've offered: Ruby on Rails, SSH, or maybe even FFMPEG. Unfortunately, none of these were available.
Have you logged into your Cpanel within the last couple years? I absolutely hate those security warnings, especially if you're on Firefox 3 and have to do the whole ordeal of adding a security exception.
Now, let explain my new plans:

You won't have to do much to make this transition. As your renewal date approaches, I'll be in contact with you to move your website, including databases, email and FTP accounts, and everything else over to the new 10/100 plan (based on your current website usage). I'm confident that this transition will be nearly seamless, and I'll take care of most of it for you.
